A complimentary one on one orientation for new members or members who already have their own effective exercise program, but are unfamiliar with our fitness facilities or the operation of our nautilus equipment.  Learn how to properly use fitness equipment, choosing correct weight resistance, and seat settings.  Please sign up at the member services desk.

FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

The Tecumseh YMCA offers complete fitness assessments including Cardio respiratory, Flexibility, Muscular Strength/Endurance and Body Composition.  These kinds of assessments can help you to not only give you a starting point so you can measure progress, but also gives you the tools to create a training program specific to your levels of fitness. Both allowing you a better chance at seeing the results you are looking for.  Call us to schedule an appointment with one of our qualified and trained staff.

PERSONAL TRAINING

The YMCA is proud to add personal training as one of our new services.  Working with a qualified personal trainer allows you to have a program designed with one idea in mind, getting you the results you desire.  Whether you want to bulk-up, lose weight, gain muscle definition, increase athletic performance or just make yourself as healthy as you possibly can, we can develop a program that works for you.  Please sign up at the member services desk and they will get you in touch with one of our certified personal trainers to get you on the path to lifelong fitness and RESULTS!
