Zumba
This new fitness craze combine Latin dance inspired moves into a workout routine. Come dance; have fun and work your way to a new level of fitness. Class is offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm, Tuesdays at 7:00 pm and Saturdays 7:30 am.
Cardio Abs Blast
This class will help to elevate your heart rate using easy to follow cardio moves and then transition to an ab workout. This class is offered on Thursdays at 6:00 pm.
I Can't Believe it's Not Yoga
Flexibility and strength are the main focus of this class. Many yoga style poses will be incorporated into a class that you just don't want to miss. This class is offered on Thursdays at 7:15 pm.
Core Essentials
This is a 1/2 hour class focusing on your core. There will be varous ab exercises and some low back exercises will be incorporated as well. This class is offered Tuesdays and Thursday 5:30 pm.
Spinning
Spinning is a 40-45 minute incredible cardiovascular workout combining cycling techniques and performance visualization to provide one of the most unique workouts available.
Due to limited equipment there is a fee for Spinning.
The fee for this class is $2 for YMCA Members and $5 for Non-Members.

AM Splash
This class is designed to get your day started with a low impact cardio and muscle toning water workout. This class is offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 6:00 am.
Moving More Aqua Class
Shallow water, low impact aerobic exercise done at your pace. Water weights may be added for a more challenging workout. This class is offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9:15 am.
Aquatic Arthritis Class
This class will work toward increased flexibility and balance while lowering pain levels and stiffness due to inactivity. This class is offered Mondays through Fridays 10:00 am and Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm. There is a fee of $1 for YMCA Members and $5 for Non-Members for this class.
Aqua Fitness
This class will use water-resistant equipment and plenty of water-specific moves. You will experience cardiovascular training, muscular conditioning and increased flexibility. This class is offered Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30 pm.
